In Meditation As A Lifestyle, we use anything and everything that comes our way in a day to continue shedding whatever remains of ego – and simultaneously deepen our seeing.

In this class, we’ll take a closer look at our physical, mental and emotional body. You will learn how to take care of these beautiful human energies, in order to optimally serve the spiritual journey.

 

Life Shows the Way

We get what we need, but not necessarily what we want. Ego’s projections, psychological perspective, attachments, identities, beliefs, conditioning, desires, aversions and unhealed wounds will attract situations that require the precise work, which will support the experience each of us needs, in order to encourage egós thinning out.

  • Let go of the competitive mindset

  • Act spontaneously from solid confidence

  • Watch our body age with awe versus dread
