1. DISHARMONY. When intense sadness or joy flows THROUGH us – without us clinging to either – there is still “harmony.” We are responding appropriately – meaning serving ego dissolution. But if a sad event turns into depression – or if we attempt to hold onto a happy situation beyond its natural life span – then there is disharmony. SOLUTION: Untangle the what and why - while feeling feelings most likely hidden by your reaction – this will dissolve yet another chunk of ego – and let more Divine Light through.

2. AVOIDANCE or procrastination. SOLUTION: Face the situation, the reasons and the feelings connected with it.

3. FAKING IT. A feeling of not being yourself. You are “putting on a show.” To either please others or to live up to old belief systems of your own. When we behave in a manner out of sync with Truth – we are strengthening ego and distancing ourselves from the Universal Intelligence. SOLUTION: Examine your values and the Truth of the situation. Then do what it takes to live in integrity with that.

4. SICKNESS. Your mental, emotional or physical body is hurting. Does not matter what kind of illness. Often an illness is trying to tell us something important - unrelated to the illlness itself – and sometimes - even an accidental injury can be an escape from a situation. SOLUTION: Dig deep with an open and creative mind - into possible underlying reasons. Then face and feel these hidden fuels.

5. EASILY TRIGGERED. Triggered means that someone else brought one of your unresolved issues to the surface. You are likely quick to over-react, blame and be defensive. SOLUTION: Take time to own your part and once and for all release whatever you have swept under the carpet.

6. EMOTIONALLY HURT. You often take situations personally. This is a sign that you are on unstable ground and living from ego. SOLUTION: Take your spiritual practice much more seriously. It should include at least one hour of daily healing, self-inquiry and meditation.

7. FEELING REJECTED. Especially if you are misunderstanding and from the other person´s perspective you are not at all rejected. Ego`s need to be loved and feel a sense of belonging is most human – but – these desires do fall away once we have awakened to our True Self - as they then are fed from within and we feel complete - whether other people love us or not. The ultimate SOLUTION and only longterm fix is Self Realization. Any other solution will only make you feel loved and included for short periods of time.

8. EXTREMELY BUSY. Keeping a schedule where you are always a little behind is often an escape from something. SOLUTION: Find out what happens if you force yourself to have 1 hour of doing nothing in silence and solitude each day. If you are unable to heal the discomfort that arises during this time by yourself - seek professional support.

9. FEELING ASHAMED or embarrassed. Whether your shame is based on your own values or someone elsés judgement – examine the reason for your feeling. If the shame is valied - correct your ways and forgive yourself. If the feeling of shame is based on outdated values – change your values!

10. NOT SLEEPING WELL. You are having difficulties letting the past go or a hard time trusting and being okay with - that the future will bring exactly what you need. (Perhaps not what you want..) SOLUTION: Get professional support.

If you choose to get professional support. A spiritually oriented and holistic psychotherapist will be most efficient in guiding you through this detective and release work.
