Meditation As a Solution to Depression, War and Much More..!

Let's take a look at humanities' most common problems and my argument that meditation can serve any human predicament.
1. WAR
The ultimate goal with meditation is to discover our True Selves. When this awakening to Source happens we can see the same Source in everyone else, with the result that we cannot and do not want to harm another.
People who have not yet recognized their True Nature, but are devoted to meditation can also contribute to Peace, because the process of meditation, when done right, weakens our ego, which is the birthplace of war.
2. DESTRUCTION OF PLANET EARTH
With a regular meditation practice comes a shift in priority. We start to trust in something larger than ourselves, and serving this Universal Intelligence becomes our primary passion. So when a meditator looks at the Environment, he can feel if and how it is hurting and what it needs to heal. And as your meditation practice deepens, so will your sensitivity to know which role your contribution should play in serving Planet Earth. (If any..)
3. RELATIONSHIPS
Even while in the seeking stage of meditation (seeking to awaken to our True Self) meditation brings great benefits to relationship problems. Meditation teaches us courage to be with the
Truth of each moment. When we are able to admit and impartially look at a relational difficulty, we can fearlessly see what the optional solutions are, AND without attachment to outcome! Through meditation we realize that acting on anything other than the absolute Truth of each moment is not only a waste of time, but also sends us back into a deeply delusional, destructive and suffering ego.
4. ILLNESS
Our goal with meditation is to find the one who can never get sick. And when this shift of identity occurs, we are free regardless of what is not working properly in our physical, mental or emotional body. Perhaps not free from pain, but definitely free from suffering. In addition, a regular meditation practice brings us to a very open mind, where we dare question the norm and knowledge as defined by doctors, science and our culture. This fresh and daring perspective presents new healing options.
5. SUFFERING
Abuse, war, poverty, illness, injury, malnutrition, torture, loss, grief.. you name it. Regardless of your individual reason for suffering, meditation can help remove the suffering from the pain. Pain comes with living in a human body and unfathomable trauma unfortunately comes with sharing space with unconscious unawakened human beings. We cannot change the past, and we cannot control the behavior of other humans. The only thing we CAN do to decrease our own and other's suffering, is to take responsibility for our own spiritual evolution.
6. GRIEF
Whether a human being, an animal or a material thing, the pain from the loss is proportionate to the love you felt. However deep your pain, know that the shift in the concept of life and death that comes with a meditation practice done right, can help you to a place where all sorrow is COMPLETELY gone.
7. FINANCIAL TROUBLES
Meditation will not pay your debts. But it changes the way you participate in life: 1. Meditation is an act of incredible courage. You sit down and let go of any and all walls you have been building to attempt prevent emotional and financial breakdown. Facing the Truth of your situation and all emotions that go with it, opens the door to healing. And once reality is seen nakedly, accepted and grieved, realistic ideas for solutions will start to arise BETWEEN meditations in your waking or sleeping state.
8. POVERTY and HUNGER
Meditation will not house, feed or clothe you. Nor will it buy you medical help or take away the pain. But it can remove suffering, plus offer understanding, comfort and hope. Meditation can also reveal the peace, joy and beauty beyond your personal needs.
9. ADDICTION
Meditation helps a person face the truth and get choice back, whether that choice is taking recovery in your own hands or asking for professional help. Meditation also gives an addict a spiritual connection to replace the drug with. Meditation provides an opportunity to build self-esteem and heal through learning how to safely feel.
10. DEPRESSION
Before I came to see my Original Nature, I was depressed often and regularly for 35 years! I know how much depression SUCKS. I am also a living testimony to that after we realize our True Nature, depression is NO MORE! I have been through several very challenging situations AFTER my shift. Deep sadness and intense emotional pain has passed through my body, But NO depression. However strong emotions come, they also go quickly. Anyone else who has come to know who they really are will testify to the same.
